3 story, 3 bed, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, 1 garage/laundry room, open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room which opens onto a large patio - each house can sleep 6-7 people each. It is placed in a lovely quiet area, 250m from the beach, a short drive into the mountains and is surrounded by orange groves- It has a communal pool, off the road garage parking and a 5 minute walk to amenities and the Oliva Nova Golf and Beach Resort designed by Seve Ballesteros. The golf course has 18 holes and the resort offers many other sport and leisure facilities. The resort has a good infrastructure with banks, restaurants, shopping facilities. Close to Oliva has a number of great restaurants, shopping area, a small port and beautiful large sandy beaches.
